How to Buy Shares

Browse properties, review details, and purchase fractional shares with a few taps. Understand pricing, minimums, and what to look for.

Overview

Buying shares on allocatte means owning a fraction of prime Dubai real estate. Each property is split into tradable shares. You invest from USD 2,000 and receive proportional rental dividends plus potential capital gains. Here's how to choose and buy.

What You Need Before Investing

  • Verified allocatte account (KYC complete)
  • Funded wallet with enough balance for your chosen share size
  • Minimum investment typically USD 2,000 per property

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Browse Properties

Go to our Properties page and explore available offerings. Each listing shows location, expected yield, minimum investment, and total property value.

Filter by neighbourhood, yield, or price to find properties that match your goals.

2

Review Property Details

Click a property to see the full details: photos, floor plans, tenant info (if occupied), rental history, and yield projections. All properties are vetted by our team before listing.

  • Gross rental yield – expected annual return from rent
  • Share price – cost per share
  • Total shares – how the property is divided
3

Select Number of Shares

Choose how many shares you want to buy. The total cost is shown in real time. You can't exceed the available shares or your wallet balance.

4

Confirm & Pay

Review the order summary and confirm. Funds are deducted from your wallet. You'll receive a confirmation and the shares appear in your portfolio immediately.

You become a registered co-owner. Dividends are paid monthly based on your share of rental income.

💡 Tips

  • • Diversify across 2–3 properties to spread risk
  • • Check tenant lease terms – longer leases mean more predictable income
  • • Compare gross vs net yield – some costs may apply
  • • Read the property documents before investing
